The Miseducation of Lauryn Hill is my favorite album of all time. Nothing has come close.

I just skimmed the list and CANNOT wait to be still and literally immerse myself in this piece. It has been saved for late-night reading time.

it isn’t R&B but Psychodrama by the rapper Santan Dave also counts as going to therapy. You should check it out

This list is incredible. I love how you talk about how these albums as spaces to feel with rather than escape from, some of these songs and records have carried me through real moments without me even realizing it at the time. Music can hold, reflect, and move us when words fall short.
